I’m Lori Lynch – digital systems consultant
based in the Comox Valley, BC.

BACKGROUND
With a background in international nonprofits and over 20 years’ experience leading digital projects, change initiatives and employee engagement and training, I bring big-picture thinking and a get-it-done mindset.
My work blends digital strategy, process improvement, automation, and team training to make sure your tools actually work for you.
Before launching Flow Digital, I led digital transformation and engagement projects for organizations like WWF and Plan International. I’ve managed complex change initiatives across multiple time zones, tools, and teams including supporting knowledge systems at Canadian tech company Thinkific.
Now I bring that experience home to help businesses on Vancouver Island and beyond.
