Return Policy

Flow Digital primarily offers digital services and solutions. As such, we do not sell physical goods that require shipping or returns. For any concerns about your service package, please contact us directly and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

Refund & Dispute Policy

We stand behind the quality of our services. If you’re not satisfied, we encourage you to reach out so we can make it right. Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase or project kickoff. Disputes can be submitted via email at [your email address].

Cancellation Policy

For service packages or retainers:

  • Before project start: Full refund if canceled within 7 days of purchase.

  • After project start: Refunds will be prorated based on work completed.

  • Ongoing support packages: Require 30 days' written notice for cancellation.

  • Online Courses, Workshops & Self-Serve Products: Due to the nature of digital content, purchases of downloadable resources, workshops, and self-serve products are non-refundable once access is granted. If you encounter any issues, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

Legal or Export Restrictions

Flow Digital operates within Canada. Our services are not subject to export restrictions. However, we comply with all relevant local laws and regulations.

Terms & Conditions of Promotions

Promotional offers are valid for a limited time and are subject to change without notice. Discounts and special rates cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. All promotions are non-transferable and apply only to new purchases during the promotional period.
