Imagine the possibilities when everything flows.

Four ways to work with Flow Digital.

01

I know what I want built

You need it scoped before it's priced, and nothing on the invoice you didn't agree to.

Where to start

Three ways in, depending on where you are at.

02

There's a list that never gets done

You need time set aside every month, not a project. You decide what the priorities are.

03

I don't know where to start

Ten minutes of questions and you'll see where the friction is. Free, and no call required.

01

Projects

A defined piece of work

A start, an end, and a price agreed before anything begins.

What that usually looks like

  • A website that supports the business behind it
  • Booking and intake that takes less looking after
  • Connected tools that talk to each other
  • A process written down so someone else can run it
  • A tool stack consolidated into one that fits
  • Moving off a platform that isn't working

How it works

  1. We talk it through. A call to understand what you need and whether I'm the right person for it.
  2. You get an estimate. A range, with the reasons it's a range rather than a single number.
  3. I scope it properly. The first phase of the project, so the final price is built on what's actually there.
  4. I build it, then hand it over. Training, and enough written down that you know how to run it.

Thirty minutes, no pitch. We'll work out whether there's a project here and what it would take.

02

Support

A standing block of time, every month.

Time set aside for the things that keep getting pushed.

You decide what the priorities are.

What you can send me

  • Page edits, new sections, posts, navigation, images, SEO fields
  • Forms and where they go, booking and scheduling, automations that have stopped behaving
  • Google Workspace admin, CRM tidying, tool and subscription reviews
  • Copy edits, newsletters in your template, Canva edits
  • Writing down how a process runs, training and walkthroughs

When it becomes a project

  • Web design and build, or any design work
  • Development, custom code, APIs and integrations
  • Data migrations and bulk imports
  • Anything touching your domain or email records
  • Moving from one platform to another

Quoted separately, and never started without your yes.

10 hours a month, in two blocks of five

$800/month

Double to four blocks if you need more.

Booked
As standing time, so it actually happens.
Rollover
Unused hours carry forward one month.
Term
Month to month, thirty days notice either way.
From month three
Your fee drops 5%.

Thirty minutes. We'll work out whether two blocks a month is the right size to start.

03

Fractional Systems Lead

A seat in your business, part time

One or two days a week, owning the systems work that no one's job description currently covers.

What the seat covers

  • Owning the systems roadmap and keeping it moving
  • Being the person your team brings the "how do we do this" questions to
  • Running implementations end to end, including managing vendors and subcontractors
  • Keeping documentation current instead of six months stale
  • Training your people so the knowledge stays in the business

Who it's for

  • Systems work has become a real job, but not a full time one
  • You've looked at hiring for this and the numbers don't work yet
  • Your team is working around problems because nobody owns the fix
  • You're growing, and the setup that got you here won't carry you further

How it works

Time
One or two days a week, agreed in advance. Heavier during implementation, lighter once things are running.
Term
Three month minimum, then month to month. Thirty days notice either way.
Scope
Agreed in writing at the start, with a short review at ninety days against what we set out to do.
Fee
A monthly amount based on days per week and scope, invoiced before the month begins.
Separate
Project builds and any subcontractor costs are quoted on their own, never absorbed into the seat.
Ownership
Everything built during the engagement belongs to you, documented so it doesn't leave when I do.

We'll work out the shape of the seat and what it costs together.

Full Systems Audit

Going deeper

The systems audit

For when the whole picture needs mapping before anything gets built. Usually because there isn't one thing that's broken, there's a way of working that has stopped fitting.

  • How work moves through your business, customer facing and behind the scenes
  • Every tool you're paying for, what it does, and where things overlap
  • The friction points, ranked by what they're costing you
  • A sequenced plan with effort and cost against each item
  • A walkthrough session, recorded, so you can share it with your team

Scoped and priced with you, based on the size of the business and how much needs mapping. The audit is yours to keep, whether we carry on together or not.
